|
diet whit or whitout roids??
me and my girl friend are makeing diet plan for her and need some help.... she is height 5`6 weight 140 fat 23%...she wanted to go 10-14% fat to make her hard work at the gym more visible. how long diet she needs and how down the calories need to go??? she was thinking of use winny and clen but I think efedra supplements are enough or am I wrong????

Not saying she can't do it, but IMHO, she may look better if she just dropped say 5% BF, and put on a few lbs of muscle in the process. I wouldn't recommend winny. It's notorious for water retention with women, and is a little harsh if she's just wanting to harden up and lean out a bit. I would start her on some Anavar, and see how she does on that. You can always add some Clen in later. As with anything, gains or losses are impossible if your diet isn't in check. What does her daily meal plan look like?

she do 6 meals a day ... chiken,lean beef and pasta foods.
she is trying to eat 30-40g protein on every meal but she thinks if she eats carbs she get fat so a was wandering if she wanted to put on muscle mass what is amount of carbs she need to eat per day? |

it depends on her metabolism. everyone is different. how long has she been working out? let her get a solid base before putting her on any drugs. IMHO, not necessary.

She's been training for a whole 16 months and there are recomendations here that she start with anavar???????
What happened to diet, rest, and a solid workout program?

ok no AAS ... you now how it is in the newbie ...when they start its all new and fresh and progres go fast and when it start to slow down next thing is AAS but I will forget that for now....but I think we are going to build mass like redsquirre told me...I will come back when she has enough mass thank you all this has ben big help to us

rs - quick question....how would using clen, winny and var b4 a person is at natural potential screw someone up? will it mess with receptors? not sure about this one.....
