Day one of my Clense..
Two weeks of on and off excercise combined with shit eating due to stupid work and a wonderful five days at the lake has taken its toll. I feel like shit, in my eyes I look like shit and I think my body needs to get back to normal. Anywhoo...I picked up a 7 day clense kit from the natural food store ReClense and Im trying my best to follow it.
What do you all think of it? I just want to feel better, so I hope this helps. Feels like I got the fattest love handles ever and my butt feels like its gained 10 lbs. Anyone ever done one? |

Those clense kits do work with cleaning the bad chemicals that have built up in your body but they dont wash away fat bro. Use the kit, im sure it will make you feel a little better. But the main thing to do is get yourself back into a routine, start eating clean foods only. Drink at least a gallon of water a day. Do some cardio also if you like. You will be feeling better in no time.

Yah, Im not really using it to take away fat, but just to feel better. My bod needs to get back to normal and I hope that I feel a bit better (even if only metally) by using this kit.

Couldn't you just use a mega-dose of psylum husks or fiber supplement and get the same colon cleansing affect?
