Chest

Im not sure but its been over a month that I have been working the chest really well to get firm breasts and hopefully as pointed out will increase the bust. Well bust size has not increased at all, the upper area has firmed as everywhere else on me.. How long does it usually take before the the muscles under the breast help make them seem fuller? Or am I destined for a boob job?

i don't know who told you that working chest will give you a bigger bust size. this is not true.

working chest will create for you the illusion of better cleveage - that valley down the center of your chest will deepen. but will not give you a fuller bust.

chest like any other muscle group needs to be worked heavy to grow.

what exercises are you doing?

That was me. She was stating she didn't want to work her chest because it would make her tits shrink. I told her that working the chest will actually help to firm up the muscles under the breast tissue, which seems to help to lift them some. I guess I should have been more specific and stated that it creates the illusion but does not increase breast tissue size. My g/f did go from a C to a D once she started working chest, of course it's the pecs that grew in size though.

i know you're there and see her in person, but i find that hard to believe. to go up one cup size, her pec would have grown quite a lot. i've built up a good amount of muscle on my pecs and have done nothing but distort the shape of my original small bust. that's usually what happens to most women in fitness - part of it is due to dieting and boob shrinkage associate with that.

but your girlfriend would be the first case i've hear who's cup size has increase.

the only thing i would see plausible is chest size - meaning going from 34 - 36 b/c of wider back and chest width... but cup size? makes no sense.

Wheres a bat when you need one, coming to see you beefcake.

And as for chest excersices, I lay on the bench start position, elbows out, forarms up. raise up, bring together, bring apart and down.
Also standing, elbows down but bent at chest hight, hands facing eachother, bring together bring apart.
Tons of little exercises, which helps firm, but now I know wont get me bigger boobs. lol.

you should still work chest. it will help you create the illusion of cleveage when your chest muscles grow.

the shrinkage that happens doesn't have to do with the muscles growing underneath - but rather dieting down and losing bf. if your ultimate goal is to lose body fat, you will, i repeat, YOU WILL lose some of your boob. that's all boob is - fat. sorry it's sad but true. that's why so many women in fitness and bodybuilding have implants.

you need a real chest workout though. so far, you're doing 2 "fly" type exercises. there are no such things as "firming" exercises. you either grow a muscle and lose body fat (looking harder and firmer), or you grow a muscle and keep the same body fat (looking bulkier).

you should start with (everything is 1 warm up set, 3 working sets):
incline DB press
incline fly (the first exercise you were describing on an incline bench)
seated chest (machine)
cable cross overs

do a weight where you can do 8-12 sets.

She was a 36C and I got her doing chest workouts for a while and then she had to get new bras. Her tits were bulging out at the top so she had to move on to a D cup. She didn't put on fat or anything but now you got me confused? She's down to a 38C now, but the only thing I could think that did it was the pec workouts.

my thought would be that she was never properly fitted for a bra originally. lots of women wear the wrong sized bra. there is no way that her pec made her a full cup size bigger. i mean seriously - think about it - the part of the chest that goes into the cup is all fat. the only way that's gonna go up and down is to go up and down in your bodyfat. unless she's got huge pecs - but i still doubt that - even female body builders with large pecs wouldn't be moving up and down the cup scale - only the size scale (34, 36, 38).
