fruits?
should fruits be mandatory in a good diet? cause if so i need some help i am alregic to fruits which really sucks cause i love fruit sometimes i am bad and have a peice fruit and i pay for it later. so wat i am trying to ask is if fruit is important is there a substitute i can take or no?

You can have a good diet without fruit in it. Most cutting diets alleviate fruit anyway because of the fructose, and worrying about it converting to fat. So the answer is yes you can have a good diet, bulk or cut, without fruit.

yeah but shouldn't you have fruit in the early morning/afternoon, you need some form of blood sugar especially when you have zero carbs after 12
