I would stick to a legit brand over name brand any day!
to many fakes or weak dosed anavar powders being produced UG.

sorry to burst your bubble but you DON'T NEED ANAVAR.

you need to keep your workout regimine consistent, and you NEED TO GET YOUR DIET IN ORDER.

i CANNOT stress enough the importance of diet.

"out of shape" means to me youw ant to lose weight.

anavar or any anabolic steroid will add weight. because it's ultimate goal is to add muscle.

please, post for us your stats (height, weight, bf% if available, age, how long you've been working out). then post your workout routine - do you strength train or do you just do cardio. then finally, the most important part - post your diet. give us a sample of what you eat from morning to night. what you eat at each meal and what time you're eating it at.

from there, we can best help. without that - and if you continue to just look for the answers you want that seem like the easy way out - you will not achieve your goals.

First and foremost, you ARE OVERTRAINING. You are not eating nearly enough calories to sustain the amount of activity you are doing. You're not even eating 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Therefore, you are in no way ready for Anavar.

Secondly, Nutrigrain bars and sausage are not a part of a sound diet. The reason you can't seem to lose BF, is your body is holding onto most of what you put in it..

In order to build quality muscle, you need to 1) eat more protein, and 2) lift heavier weights than what you are lifting now. Your body has become complacent, and has stopped responding to what you are doing because it is no longer challenged.

Anavar does not help you lose BF. DIET IS THE ONLY THING.

You have the right idea by always keeping your metabolism elevated and eating 6 times a day. But there needs to be some tweaking. You need to eat a lot more protein at breakfast, eliminate carbs after 6pm.

If you want to make lean muscle gains, you're going to have to start training differently. Circuit training is NOT a way to build any muscle. You need to do 1-2 bodyparts a day, like this:

Mon- Chest/tri's
Tues- Quads/calves
Wed- Back/bi's
Thurs- Hamstrings/shoulders

you need to define "huge".

who do you want to look like rather.

and secondly - the training is secondary only to diet. without food, you don't grow.

red - great post as always

First of all i just have to say this place is GREAT!

ok huge, well i want to be much bigger up top. Shoulders, traps, etc. My main goal is that wonderful V shape. Im not so much worried about fat but i know that plays a big roll on building muscle. Im not in bad shape i just want my hard work to be noticed. My body gets harder but not much bigger so my shape is still the same.

you're not getting bigger b/c you're not eating to get bigger.

you need to eat more, and then you need to follow the training split that red gave you.

start with 1 warm up set, 3 working sets. 3 exercises for the larger muscle group, 2 for the smaller on your training days.

You have several months of training and eating properly before you will need to ask that question....

For all exercises, you want to go 8-10 reps at your max weight, each set. For example, if you can squat 135lbs for 10 or 12, you need to increase the weight. The last couple of reps, you should be struggling to push out the weight.

You need to eat AT LEAST 5 whites w/ 1 whole egg, 3 oz of lean meat and 1/2c oatmeal
1- 40gram protien shake
3- light tuna on oatmeal bread Drop the bread here, and eat 1/2c. brown rice, sweet or white potato, and 1c. green vegetables
6- small snack nutrigrain bar or turkeyDitch the bar, and eat your turkey w/ a 20 gram protein shake
8- rice chicken vegNo rice here
10- 20g protien shake
If you're wanting to get big, you need to really increase your calories. You could also add 1 TBSP of whipping cream to each shake, and eat 1/2 cup of peanuts throughout the day
