Meal 1- WHERE'S THE PROTEIN??? She just did 40 min of cardio, don't you think it might be wise to provide her body with some protein and additional nutrients so she doesnt' burn muscle?

Meal 2- Again, WHERE'S THE PROTEIN? There has to be some sort of protein source at every meal!

Meal 3- Wraps are not a good carb choice. They still have gluten and other preservatives that aren't nearly as good as eating brown rice or a sweet potato.

Meal 4- IF SHE WANTS TO LOSE BF, DAIRY IS NOT A GOOD CUTTER, the carbs in dairy is processed in the body as sugar. And protein from milk, cheese or yogurt is too minimal to be effective.

Meal 5- No carbs after 6pm, so if this meal is after that, drop the rice.

You "put her on a diet"???

Diet itself looks like starvation to me but I like to eat a lot!

Is this what SHE wants to do?

Well, what is her height, weight and BF right now?

Does she do any current weight training program, or just cardio?
