Question for my girlfriend working chest...

Hey Girls,
My girlfriend began working out a few weeks ago as she finally got back into the gym and she wanted me to ask if there are any exercises that she should do to lift her breasts. If she works on her chest and strengthens her chest muscles, will that eventually lift her breasts a bit? What exercises should I tell her to concentrate on for chest?

what exactly do you mean lift? like making it look like it's more pushed up in a good bra or a boob job? nothing will "lift" her chest. she can create the illusion of cleavage by building up her chest.

you have to realize that breat tissue is just fat. there's no way to "lift" it to look all puffy and pretty like fake ones short of getting a breast lift or a boob job.

Well my girlfriend has a nice size already, she is a 36C and was just asking me if there is anything that she could do to 'lift' or strengthen her chest to help her boobs stay up more naturally. I guess there isn't anything, as she already has a nice cleavage but some more wouldn't hurt

More chest muscle does not create more cleavage or lift. It actually does the opposite. By building more muscle in that region, you eliminate the fatty tissue little by little. They may creat the illusion of bigger breasts since you have more chest mass, but chest exercises will not help her chest lift. the more muscle, the less fatty tissue exists

it creates the "illusion" of cleavage for the very flat girl like me.

i now have a nice little "valley" down the center of my chest b/c i have built up some pecs.

i am however - VERY flat.
