I must be....
somewhat dehydrated.
over the past few weeks, i went from drinking 1 gallon of water at work to almost like 1/4th. i just started trying to be good again yesterday - and yet i'm not going to the little girls room to tinkle as much as i used to. must be b/c i'm dehydrated?? wonder if drinking more water will help release some of my bloat too.

always drink a shitload of water. keeps everything going in and out. never reduce water intake unless you are getting ready for a show.

This may be off a subject just a tad but if you are drinking the proper amount of water and it is not flushing out your system and reducing bloat...are you ...hummmmm...how should I say this.....are you pooping pretty regular? Digestive system may be out of wack if you are ....."backed up" so to speak!

If you are the type of person to hold water ( like me) then it may not help that much. It sounds as though it should help your body get rid of some of the bloat....unless it's induced by my favorite friend Winny,...and with that it never went away no matter how much H20 I drank.
