Question How many women here do deep free weight squats?

I was just curious how many women here do free weight squats? I love doing dquats and i got AP doing them awhile back. And i can tell they really make her legs grow.

well I am not a chick.....but I just moved to FL and there are a ton of women that squat free weights down here in my guym......I am originally from Jersey and the majority just stayed doing cardio or machines.....

I did them every workout before I got pregnant this last time. Now I'm 10 weeks post partum and I have to strengthen my knees and lower back before I try it again.

I've been doing them for about 2 months now and love them. I do them first thing when I do legs...kinda wipes me out for leg presses but I think it's a better exercise.

i "discovered" the deep squat this summer and i love, love, love them. i've worked up slow and careful. i was told a year ago after knee rehab by an osteopath and my PT that i should never even attempt a squat, so i was watching for any sign of pain or strain. today my knees are better than ever!!! no problems with my back either. i think that's been made possible cause i didnt' let my ego get ahead of my game. i do them because i want killer legs and ass. i'm the only woman i've actually seen in my gym doing deep squats, but i think there are at least 1-2 others. for a pretty big gym - sad showing IMO!

Yep, I do them too. They are the first exercise on leg day and a great way to build size.
