Opinions Please, on routine 4 lean legs

I want to get my legs smaller, tighter and more defined , basically ,lean them out. I think I probably do too much. I pretty much ALWAYS superset, I never do the same leg routine in a row so, I couldn't exactly post my workout.
But, my last routine went like this, 3 sets on everything.

leg ext. 10-12x superset w/ sissy squats to failure
squat 10-12x superset w/ leg press 10x then walking lunges
Hack squat 10-12x superset w/ deadlift 10-15x
reverse lunge 15x
leg curl 15x
Butt Blaster 12x
Some days I'll use plyometrics to superset. Like a heavy set of sqauts then jumping squats.
I've been doing well diet wise meaning for me no bingeing. It's been a little over a week and I see a HUGE difference already. I lost 10lbs, a lot of water. My diet consisits of eggs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal in the morning. Chicken, Salmon, tuna steak, tuna fish, vegetables anything green, cherry tomatoes and beets. I use a protein powder and have a t- bone steak 1or 2 days a week. I also take in 1and a a half tablespoons of flax oil a day.
Sometimes, I think I should just keep going the way I am diet wise because it hasn't been long and maybe I will get my desired results? Then maybe I'm doing too much?

Consider increasing your reps, maybe in the 15-20 rep range.

And the stairmaster will work wonders for a womans lower body. It will work you legs from your ankles up to your ass, you'll look hot.

I usually do train in the 15-20rep range. I needed a change for a little while. I live on that damn staimaster & the stepmill.

You are absolutely overtraining your legs. No doubt in my mind. 18 sets in one day for any bodypart is unreal. That sort of leg work out could be done by a man who is trying to gain muscle and using a lot of AAS. DO NOT increase your reps. DECREASE them to 8-10, and increase the weight. Also, decrease your # of exercises by HALF...no more than 4 sets if you do the butt blaster.

Your body simply cannot handle what you are putting it through. It's one thing to do the amount of sets and reps you are doing. It's a completely different ball game when you throw supersets in there. Supersets should only be done 4 weeks in a row, or every other week or so just for a change. On top of that, you're dieting. So, after you have torched your body, you're not even providing your body with enough nutrients to repair itself. Less is not more.

If I want to lean out won't the heavy weight make my legs grow, thus, making them bigger? This might sound dumb but I was thinking that overtraining my legs would shrink them, which is what I want, What do you think?
Do you think it would be wise to do more moves like lunges and plyometrics? I also heard I shouldn't squat, which I totally disagree with. Maybe train legs twice in one week one heavy routine and one light? I am just a little confused?
But, then I think to myself heavy weights won't make me bigger only eating to many calories will.
oh, I don't know!? What do you think about these thoughts Red I respect your opinion.

lifting heavier wont make your legs grow. Remember your a woman you dont have the same hormones running thru your system that men do. Heavier weights for you will only make your legs tighter and toner. Yes of course calories come into play, but you dont produce enough testosterone to produce that type of growth.

My legs are getting too big!!!! My jeans that I fit comfortably in are fitting me like a glove. I don't think I should keep lifting heavy. This is not what I wanted.

Your last post was on 3-23, so you started lifting heavy six days ago and you're already busting pants at the seams?

I need some of whatever you're taking...

I agree. You're talking about a 1/2in.-1in of growth in 6 days. It's just not possible. That sort of growth is hard to come by in a year, let alone a week. Isn't it possible that maybe your legs are still pumped from your leg workout when you try on these jeans?? Or maybe you're holding some water??? I think maybe you should take a look at your diet and several other factors before blaming it on lifting heavy weights for a maximum of 2 workouts.

I was lifting heavy for a while before I replied. The workout that is posted was one attempt to start trimming them down. Dietwise, I've been eating more protein and downing a lot of amino acids.
My legs were not pumped and its not water because I was taking a diuretic.
Don't get me wrong they look good but, are too thick, even the glutes are rounder and more firm. But, no cuts, which is what I am striving for.

Even if you've been lifting for a month at best, there is absolutely no way they've grown the way you say the have....it's just not possible in women.

As for the cuts, cuts come with low BF, and that's the only way you get cuts.. If you lift heavy, you build more mass, you will have deeper and larger cuts, but keep lifting your high reps and see how it all turns out.

if you want your legs to lean out, you need diet and cardio revamping...which has probably already been said above. You can't just lean your legs out...read up on spot reduction.
