? for the ladies

My girlfriend has been working seriously for about 2 months and her main goal is to loose some size in her legs. She already has an athletic build but her legs are a little more muscular than she would like them to be. Besides her diet what can she do for her leg workouts?

If she doesn't like the amount of muscle she has, she can start running/jogging. That does burn off some muscle,....especially in the legs.

Trainer Lynn is on a distinguished road
In addition to what redsquirrel said, she could adjust her caloric intake a bit so that she needs to burn a bit of muscle. Running and a caloric shift combined could really help.

In addition, it will take her about 6 months to see noticable results.

Thanks for the suggestions, she has lost about twenty pounds in the last several months. Of course not all in her legs but she's starting to notice a difference.
