Keeping track
Who all keeps a food journal?
I put together a spreadsheet in excel to keep track of everything plus I just purchased the 2003 Calorie, Fat, & Carbohydrate book that I saw on Calorieking.com It's VERY handy to have around!

I don't keep a food diary, just a workout log, but I need to start. Thing is, I'd probably lose the thing with all the crap I tote around with me all day, lol.
