|
Decided to try Fahrenheit Diet pills
Ok, after months of eating good, and running miles everyday and only a 2lb weight loss in 2 months.... I've decided to try the new diet pills that I'm sure we've all seen on tv called Fahreheit. I'll keep everyone posted to let you all know if I think they are helping or they are just a bunch of hype.

It's called a bronchial dialator found at your local drug store. The kind I buy is called Bronkaid in pill format. I also bought a bottle of 200mg caffeine pills, and aspirin.
1 of each pill once or twice a day should be plenty for you.

IF youre putting together your own ECA stack, ditch the aspirin, aspirin's contraindications outweigh its mediocre benefits.

Well today i upped the doseage after being on them a week 1 pill morning - 1 pill afternoon... to 2 pills morning - 2 afternoon and it's 12am and my heart rate is really high... it's sort of freaking me out and I'm not taking them anymore. I also had tightness in my chest 2 different times this past week that also scared me. In a little over a week I am still the exact same weight as before... 138lbs... ugh, guess im just gonna have to wait longer on my weight loss.
