My goals for the next 2 months
Before I go back on the Clomid, here is what I am thinking about as far as a training program goes...
Since I won't compete in BBing again, I am basically wanting to lose some BF and make muscles look longer and just get an overall leaner and smaller look instead of the somewhat thickness I have now. I really want to burn off a bit of muscle and a lot of BF. My weight training will be a 5 days/week concentrating on ligher weight, bodyweight and higher reps. I am going to also incorporate 2 a days...Workout at my lunch hour with weights and about 20 min of cardio. After work, go back to the gym for plyometrics training, and possibly additional cardio. All of this of course will be in conjuction with a healthy diet. The past month I have really let myself go with moving into a temporary place while we wait for our new house to be completed. Any thoughts, comments, or concerns would be appreciated

How are you going to be doing the Plyo's? I'm not a fan of adding weight to them. I don't have any personal expierence with it, but I have seen alot of peopel (women mostly) get a nice long lean look when incorporating pilates with an alegro machine.

So what kind of diet are you going to put in place to try to accomplish those goals? Is it just going to be your standard cutting diet?
BTW, how are the attempts to get your bodies hormones back to normal (pregnancy attempts) going?

I will be doing the Plyo's w/ body weight only. The long and lean look is exactly what I 'm looking for. ...WTF is an Allegro Machine? :hmmm:

Yes, a standard cutting diet...nothing special. Probably carb cycle the first few weeks, and then no carb, etc... BTW- the attempts to get my hormones back to normal are not going well. Still not pregnant and have a lot of access BF. So, the goal is to get in as best shape I can just to watch it all go to shit after I take the Clomid for a few months...lol. But I'd much rather yo-yo, I guess- than continue to add fat
