Ok I know this is kind of weird but
My fiance needs to gain weight. I've been telling her for years that it wouldn't hurt and she totally agrees and wants to but can't. We last night she said she seriously needs to and showed me that her size 0 jeans are too big on her. So she wants me to get her on a bulking diet. She wants weight gainer and the whole shibang. First thing i'm gonna tell her to get is the Prolab Nlarge cause i've heard good things about it with the calories and such. Now the one problem is she goes to med school and is busy all day and at school most of the day. So I need some suggestions of some meals besides chicken or beef that she can take and heat up or have readily available. I would put her on a similar diet to mine but I have access to a kitchen all day. Any help is greatly appreciated.
She's currently 5'2" and between 90 and 100 lbs.

If she is gonna do some shakes, I just put shake mix into the snack size baggies and then make it when I am gonna eat it. Otherwise, some of the easy meals that I make with all macronutrients are meatloaf, chili, meat on rice, wraps (whole wheat wrap w/ beans, rice, meat, tomatoes or salsa). Just a couple ideas. A oats and protein shake with PB is pretty easy to make.

Have her cook here sweet potatoes, rice, chicken and beef all a week in advance. That way, all she has to do is grab it from the fridge and pack it. It simply requires a bit of planning. Once she gets the routine down, she should have no problem
