Talking Whats Best for Me.

Hi, im a model but i took a 6 months break. Now, i need to get into my modeling shape fast. I havent been in the gym for like 3 months and my body is a little plumpy. You think thats nothing but my family genes arent all that great. Im:

25 yrs old
5'5" height
129 pds
dont know my body fat...probably like 20% or somthing.
diet= i noticed if i eat more chicken, im less likely to crave carbs but chicken get me constipated. (it worries me that i dont go to the bathroom within like a day and a half span...somtimes) i wonder if thats why my metabolism is slow. Another thing, i retain alot of water for some reason, i get bloatted quick. I tell other people this at my gym and they just think its all in my head but really, my whole body gets bloatted if i drink alot.
excersis= i do alot of cardio(to much i think somtimes) and concentrate on my lowerbody(where i have a hard time) more cuz my upper body is skinny enough and not hard to get it toned up there. I think i visit the gym 4 to 5 days a week.

So, my BF told me about Winstrol or Clen. I saw the forums on Win and i was wondering if those side effects matter even if its just one cycle(which i believe he said its like 2 and a half months). Im a model so i kinda dont need to start breaking out in acne. The other choice is Clen, which from what i was reading is kinda like the hydroxicut w/ ephedra but i think clen is stronger. But whats the difference between Clen, T3, anavar and some other ones i read in this forum. Please, i need advice to which one will give me the best results as far as getting fat loss and getting back cut and toned. Thanks for all the help.

p.s. Im asian, whats the best work out regim to get bigger glutes cuz trust me...the butt surgery is started to get really appealing to me=P

ure bf is a tool... just diet correctly and train correctly maybe the fact that u havent been in a gym in 3 months is a big problem search the female forums for dieting and training tips

#1 just think for 5 minutes of the irreversible damage that you may do to your body with some of the substances you mentioned. This is YOUR body, not your boyfriends or anyone elses. so make sure any choice you make is your own and informed.

a breakdown of your diet and training would help us a lot in giving you some type of direction.

its not negative, its honest... any man who reccomends the same aas approach to a girl as he would for himself is what? cmon cmon give me a good answer that isnt negative, and I did give her good advice i said search the "female" forum, next time I'll make sure I compliment her bf on his general slanting advice on winny

then why do we have women comment in male based threads? I did just like I would with a thread started by a man, use the search function and disregard peoples advice unless u learn it yourself. How is that wrong, I can show countless threads where even more harsh comments were made to guys posting similar posts, oh my friend said i should run deca or d-bol etc...

You don't know her boyfriend personally. Yes he gave bad advice but I'm sure you mom does too. What should we call her? It would also be nice to have more female members here and with comments like that, you contribute in the reasons some don't post here.

i understand that but why do you have to do it? why do you have to come into her thread in the female section and call her boyfriend a tool. why couldnt you let the thread be answered by one of the female mods. just because other people do dumb shit you think that gives you the right to do so?

its not just others but mods included I came and actually gave specific help in the form of this, search function but under the female forums, I specifically said female to illustrate the point that men are not the right people to ask when it comes to women and aas, the advice was solid and although yah I did call him a tool i did make sure to point her in a way of hrs of good info. I could go into any forum and say that and still be accurate. It's not a matter of me being a guy or girl its a matter of starting her off in the right direction, if she would have searched first we wouldnt be having this convo. I did not give direct help as in dosage etc, since I am not a female and dont understand the female body and its nature with aas, If you scroll down I have posted q's in the female forum asking how diff things react towards women, I care to be educated but I am smart enuf when to point in the direction of experts and reveal myself as subordinate

Some people get constipated on high protein diets, the best way to compensate for this is by adding fiber to your diet. Lots of greens are best but you can also take some sugar free Metamucill once or twice a day to help keep things running smoothly.

Sometimes when you first start to hydrate you will retain water but if you consistently drink a gallon of water a day, within a week your body will become accustomed to it and you'll actually hold less water than usual. Avoid caffine because it's a diuretic and that will wind up causing bloat later in the day. Diet soda's also tend to have a lot of sodium so skip those too.

You can not spot reduce, it is an overall diet that will get rid of fat but women tend to hold onto fat in their lower body more than men (mother nature at her finest, huh? LOL). You can work on building some muscle onto your entire body which will burn more callories and take up less room than fat, therefore your weight may remain the same but you will appear thinner and your metabolism will increase naturally. Muscle is denser than fat so it takes up less room. Also, instead of doing a lot of cardio, try sprinting 3 times a week and train with weights to help build muscle.

I'm sure your b/f was trying to help you but these substances work very differently in woman than they do in men. I would advise staying away from any of these things because they all have sides. You can achieve your particular goals with strict dieting and propper training.

If you want to build up some muscle in your glutes try doing some squats and lunges.
