girl friend wants to get in shape
Ok, ive been working out for about 3 years. Im 6'4 about 200lbs or so... I know what im doing, and what to do in the gym for the results i want...
My gf is 5'8 and like 135. She really isnt toned at all, and has some love handles. Well we both just got a membership at golds gym, So i figured I'd should tell her to lift light weights and high reps. and then do cardio for about 30 mins. But i figured shed do back/bis, tris/chest,delts, and legs... and abs on all those days w/ 30mins of cardio... am i thinking right here? also what workouts would you suggest? thanks. |

it would be sketchy telling her to join a site where the main focus is steroids. haha..... i do realize this about the diet. but i just dont know about the lifting routine.... light and high reps?
