The greatest motivation for me is looking at pictures of myself, past and present. Seeing positive changes reinforces the efforts of my dedication, seeing negative changes reinforces the need to stick with what I know works.

Primarilly I do it for my health and for how I feel, secondly I do it so I can look my best.

I've had a bad year healthwise but things are starting to turn around finally. I'm looking forward to this year being much better than last.

I used to have no problem with motivation. But now that school is getting a lot harder and more time consuming, it's hard to stay motivated in the gym. Even eating right is becoming hard. :thumbsdow

For me, it is about looking good and feeling good. They both go hand in hand for me. Looking at Oxygen Magazine and seeing fitness models is a great motivator.
