just wondered if any 1 had a good ab workout that really hits them hard.
my usual ab routine is 4 sets of 20 crunches 4 sets of hanging leg raises 8-10 reps and 4 sets 20reps of roman chair crunches. is this enough exercises for my abs i do this twice a week my sixpac is there but i want to get it thicker and fuller if you know what i mean!!

IMO, a good ab workout requires significant variation, so I can't really tell you what I call a good workout. I just make sure that I keep a good mix of exercises that target upper and lower abs as well as obliques. Obliques are tough cause they can make your waist-line look thicker but having the oblique striations is very important.

do your hanging leg raises first sinse lower abs are much harder to hit accurately and should be prefatigued
