AB WORKOUT!!

just wondered if any 1 had a good ab workout that really hits them hard.

my usual ab routine is 4 sets of 20 crunches
4 sets of hanging leg raises 8-10 reps and 4 sets 20reps of roman chair crunches.

is this enough exercises for my abs i do this twice a week my sixpac is there but i want to get it thicker and fuller if you know what i mean!!

IMO, a good ab workout requires significant variation, so I can't really tell you what I call a good workout. I just make sure that I keep a good mix of exercises that target upper and lower abs as well as obliques. Obliques are tough cause they can make your waist-line look thicker but having the oblique striations is very important.

why not add some sort of weights to your ab routine.

do your hanging leg raises first sinse lower abs are much harder to hit accurately and should be prefatigued
