Who is this woman and why is she important?
Hello ladies, I have to to do a school presentation on this person and why she/he? is significant to the history of sport. I've been searching online for hours but I can't find this person....anyone have a clue whats the signficance of this person or event?

Yes, this picture is the only clue I get since it is an important event in the context of sports history. So far I haven't come up with anything, so I figured female bodybuilders might recognize the person or know something about it.
