Body Reaction 2 Diet

I'm new to all the dieting and ways of eating properly for this sport. But Ive been doing the whole oats, tuna and egg whites, brown rice and green vegies thing and I am breaking out in pimples & getting very snappy at night. The snappiness could be blamed on me being female, but prior to the change of eating I was never a snappy night person, just a snappy pms person.

Is there a logical explanation for this? Could it be all the sugar and crap that's leaving my system?

And I am starting L-Carnitine in a few days and am recieving & reading mixed messages about dosage. I have 500mg tablets. Should I be taking 2 or 4 a day? I'm 5ft7, 60kg & want to lose about 7% body fat.

Cheers!

Its probably just your body adjusting to the clean diet. I think thats why a lot of people fail when they go straight to a totally clean diet. It shocks your body but you get over it. I'm pretty new too but I'm getting more and more used to it. I would say that you should look at your diet overall and make sure its balanced. I like to have some fruit and good fats in there too. I eat pineapple and bananas. Olive oil is easy to slip in your shake or cook your eggs in.

I'm changing and adding everything one by one now for that body shock reason. I changed the diet first, then added the protein powder & next i will start the carnitine. Just want to make sure i can pin point which body reaction goes with what change.
I'm a bit confused about the fruit thing though. Im reading so many different contradictive things. Some say eat it, some say don't. Or only eat it at specific times. It would be so much easier if there was one set rule.
