THE P90X
OK, I not big on exercise videos but while doing another bout of cardio @ 5:00am the P90X infomercial came on. It looked interesting and in a moment of complete boredom I bought it. It came in the mail today and I tried the first of 12 dvds. I must admit, it's good, really good!
It combines body weight, pilates, yoga & weights all together into one workout. The bonus is that I can turn off his useless chatter but still have cues. So from today I have commited myself to 6 days/wk like it recommends in lieu of my cardio in am. In 90 days I better be built like a brick shit house!! BTW, what everyday Dick or Jane is going to workout 6 days! Has anyone heard of this or tried it?
