anabolics
I have been lifting for about three years ,all natural,as you can guess,I have often been frustrated because I have debated on the anabolics. I have good muscle mass but still not as much as I would like. I do not want the effects of an androgenic,hair loss, voice depening,ect...however I do want more mass and definition, any sugestions ?

Why don't you post up your diet and workout routine/schedule. What are your stats - height, weight, age, etc. That will give everyone a better idea of how to help you.
