diet

thanks to fitness brat, here is my diet, between 120 -140 g of protein, normal amount of carbs, not too high not too low. if i cut out carbs, I imediatly go into ketosis, and start to lose weight. I am 5'7" and weigh 134 lbs. It is not easy for me to keep weight up. I eat about 5-6 times during the day. I also supplement with whey protein and I take cell mass. I work out 5 days a week ,I do back with biceps, chestwith triceps, legs , shoulders. I need some input. thanks....

What kind of carbs - how much is "not too much and not too little"? I'm not trying to be a pain - but there are people that could be a big help if they have all the right information. I believe you said you wanted to add some mass, correct? Depending on what you're eating, just changing up your diet could make a big difference for you.

You said you do back/bis, chest/tris, legs, and shoulders. What do you do on the 5th day? Are you doing cardio? Are you training with high reps or low reps, heavy or light?

Any info you can provide will be a big help for people to respond. RS is excellent with dieting, etc - she'll probably be along as well

On the surface, it really sounds to me like you need a bit more protein, or maybe some healthy fats...or both. I can tell you right off the bat that you need more protein. When trying to put on mass, the rule of thumb for females is to consume at least 1.5 gms per lb of lean body mass....do you know what your BF is? That would help also

I know it's cumbersome, but can you post up exactly what you are eating? Times would help as well. This really is the only way to make improvements is if I know what we're working with.

You don't have to line out a detailed workout, but I do need to know your cardio routine also.

When you say "supplementing w/ Cell Mass & whey protein," what exactly do you mean?
