HGH
So, my friend just had a baby 3 months ago. She's got about 15 more lbs to lose. She's been eating really well and has been able to make it to the gym about 3 days a week, and doing 30+min of cardio 4-5 days a week.
In an effort to help her body return back to normal, faster; she decided to start taking 1.5 iu of HGH every day to assist with some fat loss, but mostly help her gain a little muscle back that she lost when she was too big to go to the gym. She also has a little bit of loose skin in the pelvic area she is hoping to firm up as well. Here's what she wants to know- Can HGH truly help with that loose skin? |

I would say no but then again, GH does many things. I wouldn't put it past GH to help tighten her up a bit.

So, what is the remedy for that problem? Albeit small, it's still there...What, a tummy tuck>? I know people who were once obese usually have loose skin, but does the same apply for people who were not obese for a long time?
