Wife's Stomach after Twins

Well gals, I need your help. Some of you know my wife had Twin boys 4 months ago. Anyway, before she was pregnant she was around 5'7" 125lbs and had decent muscle tone. By the time she had the babies she was around 167lbs. She now ways around 115lbs and is really thin. However, she still has a little pooch in her belly. She has dieted down to this and is little everywhere else. She wants to know if this is fat on her belly or is it loose skin and out of place muscle? She also would like to know solutions to either of these options. Any help you ladies could offer would be great.

Thanks,

Playthegame

It's probably a combo. If it's bothering her, she can go to a good plastic surgeon and discuss what's going on. He will tell her if lipo. would do the trick, or if she may need a tummy tuck to achieve the look she wants. There are a few options with a tummy tuck, one involves a cut above the pubic region and cutting away just skin. Another option is with that same cut the doctor can go into her muscle and tighten that up as well. Lastly (doesn't sound like what she needs) would be a full tuck which would go all the way round from front to back.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

actually when you ahve that, sometimes the thinner you are the skin really hangs off you. If plastic surgery isn't an option, she may want to try keeping a little more meat on her bones. I had a friend who gained 95 pounds and got back down to 95 lbs. her stomach skin looked so grosse, just hanging. She gained some this year and looks a million times better. She was about 5'6" tall at 95 lbs, we think she is bullemic...

Plus, it's only been 4 months, give it some more time to heal...twins are tough to carry - her skin should bounce back a lot over the next 5-6 months.
