For any on that has done Var what kind of diet did you have. I am thinking of starting a cycle the first of the year and my diet has never been the best.
Thanks

It's imperative you get your diet down to a science BEFORE you start ANY kind of AAS. Eating is 90% of this game, and if you aren't reaping full benefits from AAS, you're wasting your time.

As for your question, you need to be on a higher calorie diet. You make your gains from eating and your muscles growing due to faster protein synthesis. However, my calorie intake when I took Primo and Var was the highest, and I saw the most gains. My calorie intake with JUST Var was somewhat less. But again, if you don't have your diet down, don't waste your money. It's very possible you could be making great gains by just eating more and better.

Her diet is good. What she ment was her planing of her diet is never good. That's where she needs help.
I'd rather her get some info from you girls who have been there and done Var.
If I put her on my 4500-5000 calorie diet it will be WAY to much for her.

Here is a skeleton of what I ate when I did Primo/Var. Do NOT have her eat this much. I ate this amount because I was taking more than her.

Meal 1- Ground Beef
Eggs
Oatmeal
Meal 2- Shake/EFA's
Meal 3- Chicken, Fish, or Lean Meat
Sweet Potato
Green Veggies
Meal 4- Shake/EFA's
Meal 5- Lean Meat
Brown Rice
Green Veggies
Meal 6- Egg white omelet

The more weeks I got into it, the more food I ate. I would add more protein powder to a meal, peanuts,..it was A LOT of food. but I had my best gains on this cycle/diet.
