Make it personal! We can all say what WE would like to get, but it will mean more to her if you get her something SHE likes. Watch her when she looks through the advertisements to see if she points out things she'd like. Or when you go shopping for other people you have to buy for. Or something she may need but doesn't necessarily want to spend money on for herself.

I would like some ideas as well... we are supposed to be going fairly cheap this year.... so i need some decent ideas for a reasonable price.... I was thinking of surprising her and finnishing our bathroom while she is out of town... not too romancit, but kills two birds with one stome... of course i would get her something else on top of that.

I would love it if my husband refinished our bathroom....and bought me bubble bath and soaps to go with it! Yeah, he'd get some in there if he did that.

My girl has an account at this store with alot of movies she wants to order but just hasnt. Thier are about 20movies she wants there. How about if I choose like 5 of the best ones from her list.

to tell you the truth, i don't mind practical gifts and surprises. i'd love it if my man finished my bathroom or did something that we'd talked about doing before.
i got tires from my last ex 2 christmases ago. ah... the romance of vulcanized rubber.

Stromba gave me a music cd one year with concert tickets tucked inside...it was awesome! You could also put together a scrap book of stuff you've done together if you have movie/concert ticket stubs, resteraunt receipts/menu's, pictures, etc.
