What is known about T3's need for carbs to work? I'm ramping down from 100mcg right now and it seems that I have a hard time losing weight when I'm spot on with the diet. But the minute I eat like crap, the weight peels off. I use it to my advantage by completely taking friday and saturday OFF of the diet and it seems to work wonders. I've been stuck at 211 until I had tacos and a big piece of cheesecake last night... This morning was 210. What the hell? Does anybody else find T3 working this way?
