I am in week 10 of cycle (16 week cycle):
500 mg/wk T400
300 mg/wk deca 200
20 mg/day dbol (2 weeks on 3 weeks off)
I started at 235lb with almost 15% BF and now am at 238lbs with just under 13%.
I also have been doing my modified navy seal workout (lots of push ups / pull ups / sit ups and high tempo no rest weight training)
So far, I like it alot. I might have sacrified a little on the gaining weight side, but look an feel much better. I hope to post a couple of pictures after this weekend.
