My experience with Dutasteride/Avodart

My DHT was too high.
Lots of nocturia.
Sleep less deep due to more in/out sleep cycles,
less in deep refreshing sleep.
Lower testosterone

At 0.5mg per day, it's really turned me around.
Awake, refreshed, no deep drops during the day.
Nocturia reduced from 4x per night to 1.

Need to retest the DHT and Testosterone to
see the hard numbers effect.

I can feel a major difference.

Been on it a month.

No other changes.
