I also doubt that you had legit IGF cuz i tell ya what it works just like GH in a very short time frame fat loss and pumps are insane. if not you either didnt take enough or it was bunk.

This was my first time with igf and I never used gh so I can't compare. Granted I'm already lean and pretty defined so I'm sure my body type helps. I was pleased, bottom line. I may not respond as well the second time around but I could not have asked for more with my first run.

On another note I donated blood again today as Rocket suggests and I am now a firm believer in this practice. My hemo levels were 17.5 which is def on the higher end so it was needed. They will not even use your blood if your level is 20 or above. I feel refreshed too. For anyone who stays on or runs heavy cycles, I would encourage you to give a pint of blood. It takes 10 minutes and you don't have to have an appt. it's too easy to not do it when it can save your life.
yup good for you most wont do it as they donr SEE it but what ever its their lives.

and yes 17.5 is up there pretty high glad you did it.

20 weeks aint a big deal at your dose.
have you ever got blood work while on to see if anything is way outta wack? (estrogen would be my first concern)

If I implement the hcg now and prolong my cycle to 20 weeks then do pct, do you think this is too long of a run? I'm still making great gains and hate to come off in 4 weeks but if 20 wks is pushing it then I will no doubt.

saying that I do think everyone should break that does this for fun. the serious BBer they have to do what they have to do but us rec guys I say break. My break is 150mgs trt though I wont come off again. you younger cats should come off IMO. or there are some that are younger and just have messed up systems I say go trt also there.

I am on TRT and I still use HCG as I get shut down. you really feel it even on test after awhile. HCG picks me right back up. I try not to let myself get to shut down but it happens, lol

I really just want to give my receptors a break because I keep hearing that your body will build up tolerance for the test and not respond as well. Is this true or old school thinking as well? I know you are on trt too Rocket, do you still use hcg at all?

    Weeks 11-15 Test E @400mgs on mondays

Weeks 11-18 500 IU HCG on Thursdays (til wk 18 bc this is officially when Pct will start bc test e will just now be out of my system)

once I begin pct now, do you recommend Nolvadex only or do you also implement clomid?
yes that will work and that is what I would do if in your shoes right now.

I always used clomid with PCT I never got the sides other do. If money for the clomid is no issue then I say use it. or if you have a hard time recovering. but if I had to choose one or the other it would be nolvadex

They are actually very natural signals your not confusing your body or anything weird!

I hope you end up trusting me on this one. Or if you google any recent hcg study's you'll see I'm right.
Saying that, that don't mean your way won't work for you! I'm just saying there's much better options
