I recently posted a request for a supplier for IGF-1 Long R3. I hadn't visited or made any posts for quite a while and a day or so after I made the post I realized that I broke a Cardinal Rule on this site. Nobody should post requests for supplier information and I did so. I wasn't ignorant about the rule but it didn't hit me until a day or so after I made it. I attribute this error to not visiting for quite a while and didn't have the rules in the forefront of my mind and made a stupid mistake. So, I apologize to any board member that I may have offended, especially The Bouncer and other Moderators and Administrators. Again, I apologize and it will not happen again, please forgive me.
