I'm thinkin I'm gonna try your "experiment" bro. I'm about at 2 weeks now, up 5 lbs already and almost 1/2'' on my arms :) I know I've read Sustanon takes 3-5 weeks to fully kick in-cant wait for that...But, I've been goin with 180mg every 3 days-around 400 mg a week to start then may back down a bit once "kick-in" is in full effect. But yeah, I notice I feel like a king for 48 hrs after inj, then 3rd day not so much (prop and acetate wearing off i think) Gonna go M,W,F I think still keepin around 400mg a week. Shit, I thought I'd hate needles, I cant wait till my next shot.lol

You only need to aspirate in the part of the glute that you shouldn't be injecting in anyway. So the answer is no - assuming you don't inject there.

You said 5 min to pull from vial - how long is the push once you aspirate? Noticed any difference in water retention?
Aspirate? You don't have to do that.

takes about a minute and half to push in, no issue really.

not much difference on water retention.
