No pro works out for hours a day. Most are in the gym for an hour at most. Cardio? They might do half an hour of cardio a day when its close to competition time.

Imo, the "hardest thing a pro has to do" isn't injecting themselves 10 times a day. It's the fuckin diet. Eating 8 to 10 times a day, nothing but quality home cooked food in measured amounts...shit, the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning up the mess, prepping tons of meals, eating every 2 hours, etc is a full time job. I only do 4 or 5 meals and it consumes too much of my life, can't imagine doubling or tripling that

It's not that easy bro. You can't overcome bad genetics with all the gear in the world, it'll just kill you. Muscle bellies and insertions cant change regardless of gear usage.

I work with guys that haven't trained weights since high school 20+ years ago, eat like shit, no drugs other than booze, that have much bigger muscles than me and Ive been training consistently with gear for a couple years now. That's genetics. It takes gear, genetics, diet, and work ethic to be a top pro. The more of those that are missing the further down the ladder you go.

Not sold on synthol usage, but definitely gear. It still takes hard work to get to that size though so kudos to him. It's not a physique I'd want, but it's still impressive.

thats exactly the point though that you are saying proper diet and proper training. Those are the parts that require hard work and dedication, so I think we both agree on what it takes.

I think the point is that 99.9 percent of dudes who use steroids will never look anywhere near a pro bodybuilder or even a look like a guy who could win a local amateur show to be quite honest. So yes this all isnt possible without the drugs, but the hard work, dedication, and genetics, are just as important. You take any of those away and you just have a regular gym dude.

So let's cut the bs "it's all hardwork and protein" horseshit. Sound like fucken muscle & fitness magazine Dana.

Without that, you will achieve nothing and up more pissed off when person A looks better than you.
