1) Delayed parcels.

All week we were busy solving the problems of parcels. Many parcels continued to move, some have already been delivered. The mail service returns to normal mode. But for now we can not guarantee delivery for 12 days. The average delivery time remains 25 days to the USA and 15 days to Europe.

2) Re-ships.

We made 15 re-ships of parcels, the delivery time of which is more than 40 days.

And I would like to thank our customers. When we did these re-ships, we offered some clients such conditions:

"The previous parcel has not been lost, and will be delivered soon. If the previous parcel will be delivered within 10 days, we ask you to refund the money spent on re-ship, with discount"


Honestly, when we did re-ships, we thought we were doing it at our expense, even if customers received both parcels.

But our clients have proved that we can trust each other, and we have already received 4 payments for re-ships, as the previous parcels were delivered.

3) Solving problems.

Now we have the confidence that the parcels reach the customers. And we again take orders. But like many sponsors now we can not guarantee the speed of delivery. The average delivery time is 25 days, and until the new year this will not change.
