as it sits right now things are going the way i had hoped :)

getting ready to leave the gym i have trained at for a few years to bury myself at a smaller gym with equipment thats more for my needs -- getting back to training and training hard -

my wife sees the old spark and drive coming back that has been missing since some issues last year -

i am excited -- not sure what shows yet -- also not sure who i will use for my diet
