Maryland NPC - Bodybuilding and Fitness
August 20th in Rockville. Might check it out of I am off work. Few people from my gym are competing, one guy in particular i am rooting for. He's 2.5 weeks out and looking tip top, coming in more ripped than last year. Seeing him and talking to him everyday. Guy is completely ready for it.
One of the trainers/friend at my gym is Mr. Maryland and he said it will be a great experience to come and see what its like, just in case if i want to compete next year.
