    That is absolutely my argument. You can pick it apart and perceive it however you like. Saying someone is genetically gifted but it's only to build muscles is silly, imo. As if there are no other physiological systems involved.

    One of the reasons I'm doing regular cardio now is because I want to remain a lil smaller.

    I think when your really big your body is less able to deal with stresses like virus, infection, stress itself
