    I went 2-0 last nite +$200

    tonite my picks are:

    Atlanta -4
I see everyone and everyone is on this one. People are asking the question "Doesn't Orlando have to win one eventually?". No. This squad has given up on the season and couldn't even beat the Bulls. C'mon now, when you get beat by the 2nd worse team in the league by DDs, you know you're bad. Atlanta meanwhile, despite losing B2B home games has been playing tough. These guys, despite being headed for the lottery are giving 110% effort in every game. Before losing their last 2 home games, they had won B2B games SU. Again, people will say Atlanta is a shitty road team...hey so are the Bulls but look what they did with only 8 players on the active roster. Orlando is just PLAIN shitty both at home and the road. They don't play defense at all and have no primary go to guys. Juwan Howard and Drew Gooden are the only offensive "threats" if you want to call them that. Tyronn Lue and Deshawn Stevenson are decent backups in my opinion, but not quality starters. Jason Terry will eat them both alive. Bob Sura has been playing lights out, I honestly can't remember the last time I saw him playing this good and effective. Jason Collier, where have you been this entire season? He's become a steady contributor and Chris Crawford has been playing great as of late. The factor here though is the Hawks bench. Against the Heat, the Hawks bench scored ZERO points the entire game. I know we're talking about the lowly Magic, but in order for the Hawks to win/cover this one, their bench must provide some points. Still, I like the Hawks here.

    Lakers -5
I actually like this play a lot right now. How in the hell are the Sonics going to compete with the inside game of the Lakers? They're on big man that could score (Radmanovic) is out with a sprained ankle, and all they've got left are Calvin Booth and Vitaly Potapenko. Shaq will eat them alive baby! Granted the last time they played it was at LA and the Sonics only lost 99-91 and this time the game is at Seattle. However, the Lakers are fully healthy now and on a rampage. I don't think Seattle ever played the fully healthy version of the Lakers yet this year. They are in for a rude awakening. Ray Allen will get harassed by Kobe all day, and Gary Payton will lend a hand while at the same time sticking on Ronald Murray like white on rice. Karl Malone will teach Rashard Lewis a lesson in old school ball. I like this play because I don't think the Sonics can matchup with this Lakers squad right now. The Lakers are too strong inside, and too solid outside. Lakers roll by DDs here. I know the Lakers have a tendency to play down to their opponents, and if they were laying DDs I would be weary, but covering 5 looks like gold right now.
