The Mets jumped all over Phelps in his last start. And for good reason. He is not that good. He is a pitcher that doesn't have great stuff. He relies on location to get hime through. By the 5th, most hitters figure hime out and start to pound him. He is also prone to the homers (4 in his last 16 innings). Phelps AOR is 5.00 compared to Knotts 3.00. I can't see hime surviving past the 6th inning in an AL park.
