So I got my phone replaced because there was a defect. I had downloaded games (paid for them) on my other phone. I called cingular and they told me to register at there direct bill site to challange the charges, so I can get it credited and redownloaded. But I can't seem to find anywhere to challange it. Anyone else go through this?
