Toledo (-27.0) versus Eastern Mich
Toledo might be in a nasty mood after losing 7-34 at Syracuse before their bye week and Eastern Michigan isn’t capable of doing anything about it if the Rockets decide to run it up on them. Eastern Michigan is the worst team in Division 1A, averaging a pathetic 3.8 yards per play on offense in Division 1A play (against teams that allow a combined 5.1 yppl) while giving up 6.4 yppl (to teams that average 5.5 yppl). Toledo is slightly worse than average on both sides of the ball, but they are certainly good enough to beat the crap out of Eastern Michigan if they’re in the mood to do so.
