I was at the grocery store and some white trash couple were using them. it looked like a check and it said what they could get for food, the cashier rang everything up then put it into this machine, it printed stuf out on it, then off they went leeching off the system.

That was a WIC check. The "food stamps" is now just a card. There are limits to wear you can use them. I don't know if you can use it at Mc Donald's, I only used it at walmart. My family had both for a while after my first son was born and WIC after my second son.

Well I dont live in these areas but I am a mailman in them. I think the food stamps are like a credit card now and it gets money put on it every month. They even take them at McDonalds.
