this shit is crazy if you have never seen it goto youtube and type in free running its insane,if these guys ran from the cops lol they would never be caught,crazy mind u most of them are lite and small guys though
my friend does that parkour training - it's intense, they practice for hours and then put it all together and can do some crazy shit - he can do some insane stuff, he's amet snow boarder and is all of like 5'4 110lbs haha, but the stuff he pulls is insanity.
