Absolutely done with alcohol and junk food for a long time. Havent felt so shitty in a long time. This holiday has dragged on far to long, Time to get my head out of my ass and get back into gear tomorrow.

Its been a good trip but I am ready to go home and get back into my routine again.

Its was nice to sort of break my strict diet and training for the first 5-6 days but now its starting to get old and im starting to feel like crap.

was originally supposed to leave today but the weather along the route changed that. gotta drive all day tomorrow and then go into fucken chicago on monday to do the new years eve thing.

in other words i wont be back into my training and diet until fucking tuesday. that will be 11 days off from the gym and 11 days where i wasnt eating clean. blah!

now im off to do my second round of cardio today because i'm agitated and stressed out. :(

a good pizza is about 3 ingredients. dough, sauce, and cheese. all the rest are extras and unnecessary if the first 3 are of good quality.
