Medium. Basically zero acidity. I used 8oz coffee and 4.5 cups water. I'm going to keep up with how much concentrate is measured out to estimate my total yield.

It is more of a brew over ice than a cold brew, but I doubt my palate could truly discern a difference. I got the toddy system to try because it was $31 vs $110+ for the ninja. I was also trying to limit counter takeover. I hate stuff out in the kitchen.
it's been a great purchase. it was a $200 system and she ended up getting some sort of manufacturers coupons and sales etc...long story short, went to kohls that morning and well you read the thread:weights:

i mean we are going through about 1.5lbs of coffee a week lol

it's a good drink to walk around with. i carry my gym bag with me that has my other water bottles in there. but usually i'll finish the cold brew like halfway through training. try it, i bet you'll like it...i also like having coffee breath in the morning:D

Drinking during workout seems like a good idea. I might do a 1:3 ratio and drink it during.

Didn't a 1:2:1 mix of coffee concentrate:water:milk and poured over ice. It was fantastic. Extremely smooth.

I think I'll do a 1:1 mix of concentrate:water in the AM before gym.

Going to do a batch using regular grocery store coffee to taste the difference. I think the fact that the beans were roasted a couple of days ago contributed a lot to the smoothness. I think cold brew works best for my lifestyle. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house. I like having the option of having a cold or hot beverage. I can keep it brewed and ready in the refrigerator.

    Arrived.

And here goes my $40 experiment. The toddy will be returned if I don't love it. I'll then purchase a stainless steel French press.

I didn't notice my final total last night. Just checked my receipt... 2 8oz bags for 22 all in. Should last me awhile. The wife doesn't drink coffee.
