I bought this lil cheap tablet last year for my kid at game stop. I bought her a better one not long ago and this one has just been laying around so I thought I might play around with it. Mid can't remember her password so we are locked out of the thing. I searched online for a way to reset it like a factory reset or something. I found on one tech forum said to hold both the up/down volume buttons down together while pressing the power button. Tried this and get the lil android guy laying on his back with his lil door open. Game stop is worthless. Bout to throw the thing in the trash
