    The more I see pics of Lou from the 90's the more I think he had pretty much the perfect physique considering his height. I cant really think of another bodybuilder his height that was able to fill out his frame like that. Wonder if it has anything to do with the way they trained from the 70's? Sort of the overstraining million sets 2-3 hour sessions.
