I've always liken his physique and even now he looks great! Then again I grew up watching hulk:D made me wanna hulk all my friends and slam them lol

The more I see pics of Lou from the 90's the more I think he had pretty much the perfect physique considering his height. I cant really think of another bodybuilder his height that was able to fill out his frame like that. Wonder if it has anything to do with the way they trained from the 70's? Sort of the overstraining million sets 2-3 hour sessions.
